With the rapid development of technology and economy, various industries have veryhigh requirements, including power quality, reliability and continuity. Auto-put-into device of reserve-source (referred to as BZT) in order to ensure continuity of power supply has been achieved very good results.High Voltage and Ultra-high voltage power grid substations in the power system is the pivotal point, so the safe operation of the entire power grid substation directly depend on the security and reliability, once the substation failure, can lead to failure over a large area power outage, not only cause inconvenience to people's daily lives, but also the negative social and economic impact, BZT can guarantee a reliable and safe operation of substation, so auto-put-into device of reserve-source is particularly importantWhen the power supply substation failure or power lines are disconnected.BZT device can quickly backup power or backup device to work, The device features an embedded digital signal processing (DSP) and field bus technology, including the high side for a single bus section in the bridge mode, high-pressure side of the single low-voltage side of the Single Bus bus mode, high-pressure side of the three low-voltage line transformer have two single-side bus which is bus bar methods.they have a high stability and reliability, in the power system industry has good prospects.According to the authors involved in the BZT device projects, the analysis of demand based on the substation site, the dsPIC30F6014 of Microchip Semiconductor which has 16-bit processor was selected by the high-performance processors as the core of the system, and the device considering the various plugins have been designed.Paper first introduces the research background and the sources of the project, according to the safe operation of power system specification and technical data transfer device requirements, proposed device considering the overall design scheme, and select the micro-controller and a transport protocol.With the modular programming ideas, this paper proposed program about the design of software programs and made the design, which includes the main controller software and the preparation of human-machine interface software. Host controller software, including initializing programs, data collection procedures, relay procedures; man-machine interface software, including the LCD screen display program and key sending program,the paper introduces measures to prevent electromagnetic interference and the whole of the commissioning process, then verify that the device considering the reasonableness of the design to achieve the desired objectives.The article appendix provides the physical map of the design, schematics, PCB diagrams, and part of the program.
