One of the three rounds of 220 kV line failure will lead to the other two lines overload,when the send power of the Dalate-Baotou 220 kV system is up to 900 MW.For system security considerations,the package flow must be controlled within 750 MW.So the Dalat power plant access 220 kV system # 1 ~ # 4 unit total output needs to be controlled at 850 MW or so,leading to the power plant to run with three generators.In order to adapt to the load growth in the surrounding area of Baotou,it is intended to release the flow restriction of the package section,and ensure the safe operation of the system through the installation of grid safety and stability automatic cutting machine in the 220 kV substation of Dalate Power Plant.Therefore,the combination of the actual situation of power plants 220 kV substation safety automatic device configuration tuning problem is necessary.This paper firstly describes the concept of power system stability and classification,safety control category and the three lines for to ensure the safe and stable operation.The function,measures and common techniques of power system safety and stability control are introduced,and the decision-making method and control range of emergency control of electric power system are sorted out.Basing this,in order to solve the power delivery problem of four generations in Dalate power plant connected to the 220 kV system,combined with the actual situation of Dalate power plant,the calculation of the machine is set up for the transient stability and thermal stability of the Dalate power plant under the case of N-1 and N-2 faults.Combined with the actual situation of four units connected to the 220 kV system of Dalate Power Plant,two sets of feasible safety and stability automatic device construction scheme are designed.And then from the perspective of risk controlling choose the second program as the final program.Finally,the design of the selected transformation program was designed in detail,under the case of N-1 and N-2 faults.Basing on this,in order to improve the reliability of the device and simplify the control strategy,after simplified,the final security and stability control cutting machine strategy is formed.In this study,the power of 220 kV system of Dalate Power Plant is improved smoothly under the premise of satisfying safety.The three-machine operation mode of the power plant successfully be improved to the operation mode of the four machines,and the economic benefits of the power plant will be improved.At the same time,the stability and power distribution of the Mengxi power grid system will be improved.
