Due to the rapid development of the automobile industry,the energy crisis and environment crisis have become more and more serious.To alleviate the crisis,the government has begun to develop new energy vehicles vigorously.The development of new energy vehicles is an effective means to alleviate China's energy dependence and solve air pollution problems,at the same time,it is also the only way for China to realize the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry and become a car powerful country.Whether it is hybrid or electric vehicle,the motor control system plays an important role in the entire powertrain.The quality of the motor drive system is not only related to the dynamic performance of the whole vehicle,but also affects the reliability and safety of the whole vehicle.Therefore the motor drive system is becoming the research focus and hotspot of universities and research institutions.In the first place,this paper introduces the development of new energy vehicle at home and abroad,compares the safety performance of each automobile brand,and the mathematical model of the embedded permanent synchronous motor is deduced based on the theory of coordinate transformation,it focuses on the space vector modulation(SVPWM)and i_d=0 control strategies.Then two improved strategies are proposed in the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed sensorless system.First,in order to weaken the chattering problem of the observer and improve the accuracy of the rotor estimation,to replace the traditional switching function with the hyperbolic tangent function in the sliding mode observer.The other is to design a fuzzy PI controller based on integral separation in the speed loop,then carry out simulation analysis by MATLAB/SIMULINK software.Finally,the hardware platform of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system is designed.The algorithm is verified on the basis of the hardware platform.The experimental design proves that the design scheme of this paper is feasible and also could ensure the safe operation of the motor and the driver under the high-speed operation of the motor.
