The power grid has a huge demand for the power quality control device,and its network test is of great significance for the safe and stable operation of power grid.Power quality disturbance source can simulate various power quality problems,which is convenient for the detection of power quality control devices.This paper launches the research.First of all,according to the requirements,the overall technical scheme of power quality disturbance source is proposed.Its rectifier side uses three-phase PWM active controlled rectifier,and the impact load energy could feedback back to the grid.The power electronic equipment can output a variety of current into different nodes of the grid,so the grid voltage can be interfered by active power,reactive power,unbalanced and harmonics.Secondly,the common synchronization technology of inverter is studied.Based on the theory of multiple reference frame theory,an improved multiple reference frame phase locked loop synchronization technology is proposed.The simulation results show that the MRF-PLL technology can realize the fast and accurate detection of voltage phase and amplitude under the conditions of unbalanced three-phase voltage and harmonics polluted.Then,the optimization method of voltage source converter LCL filter is studied.In this paper,the design method of LCL filter with minimum inductance is proposed,and the technical parameters of LCL filter are derived.The simulation and experimental results show that the LCL filter can filter out the harmonic components of the switch and its vicinity,and does not affect the steady state and dynamic performance of the whole system.Finally,the performance of the interference source is studied.The experimental results show that the interference source can output current with different types and amplitudes flexibly.and the power quality pollution in the actual power grid is simulated accurately.The power quality test system composed of the interference source and the dynamic simulation system can accurately simulate the power quality pollution for the actual power system.
