In the current rapid economic development situation,the progress of power grid construction is also rising rapidly.With the gradual expansion of the scope of power grid construction,power transmission capacity gradually has increased and itstimulates the increase in residential electricity,electricity equipment is also increasing rapidly,the probability of occurrence of electric power accidents are increasing,bue with the expansion of enterprises and grid scale,There is no significant reduction and it has brought losses in the socio-economic and people’s lives.Therefore,how to promote the power grid security risk preve ntion work,to consolidate the basis of safe operation of the power grid to protect the safety of residential electricity have become an important task.To prevent the safety risk of the power grid and consolidate the power grid construction foundation,it can ensure the safe and healthy operation of the power grid.To establish a sound power grid security evaluation system and the corresponding early warning methods,it can promote the safety and economy of power grid operation.With the continuous progress of society and environmental degradation,only through the traditional security management methods and a variety of security technology measures superposition,it is difficult to solve the project complex system security issues.According to the characteristics of grid operation,this paper establishes the safety evaluation index system of power grid reconstruction project,evaluates and analyzes the power grid reconstruction project from various aspects,and promotes the construction of power grid reconstruction project through the construction of safety evaluation system.This paper takes the M city power grid reconstruction project as the research object,and it carries on the empirical analysis to its safety.Firstly,this paper studies the safety status of M city power grid reconstruction project and analyzes other problems such as grid load problem,equipment operation problem and power standardization operation.Secondly,it analyzes the main factors that affect the safety of power grid reconstruction projects,namely,people,equipment,management and environment,and analyzes the causes of these four aspects comprehensively.Finally,this paper establishes the safety evaluation index system from the aspects of transmission network security,power g rid dispatching and secondary system security,safety of primary electrical equipment,safety of grid power supply and safety of power grid emergency management.Based on the theoretical methods such as investigation and evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),this paper evaluates the overall safety of power grid renovation project.According to the evaluation results,this paper sorts out the security problems of M city power grid renovation project,and determines the early warning countermeasures,Then this paper puts forward the corresponding security rectification strategy.
