This paper obtains from the function and structure principle of grounding network, this paper introduces the substation ground network in the construction and operational problems. In view of the present domestic ground net. through grounding resistance, and corrosion were more serious two case studies respectively analyzes the corrosion of grounding network, the cause of the grounding resistance is too large,and puts forward the corresponding solutions for the phenomenon and optimization measures. In the aspect of corrosion of grounding network. Electrochemical reaction in the soil, poor grounding network processing technology and ground .through construction technology of rough will play a role of corrosion of grounding systems located in soil, the construction and material selection through the metal coating,choose good grounding on the conductivity of the material and coating conductive preservative methods can effectively delay the corrosion of metal. In the substation ground network construction aspect of the vertical grounding technology can improve the dispersion of grounding network flow effect, using stepwise landfill soil ground through contact way to keep the soil permeability is slow down the corrosion of grounding network. not equidistant layout method can improve the equalizing effect of grounding network. especially not equidistant layout method in addition to outside can make the ground through equalizing effect is better also can reduce ground potential imbalance. leading to corrosion phenomena caused by ground through micro battery reaction. Finally introduces the grounding network grounding resistance measurement method.
