Research On Application Of New Technology Of Loss Reduction Management In Rural Power Network

Restricted by various historical reasons and natural conditions,the line loss management level of China's rural power network lags far behind that of urban power network.With the development of the times and the progress of technology,a lot of new technologies to strengthen the management of power line loss have sprung up.Applying these new technologies to improve the line loss management level of rural power network,to increase the loss reduction efficiency,and to speed up the reduction of line loss rate of rural power network is necessary for business operation as well as for national tasks of energy-saving and emission reduction.However,new technologies have brought plenty of new functions to which the traditional line loss management of rural power network is no longer applicable.In the paper,Suburb Power Supply Company in Yanji,Jilin has been taken as the case study to further analyze the traditional line loss management of rural power network.In order to dissect the source of problems,items involved in the traditional line loss management model have been analyzed as the entry point including asynchronous power consumption statistics,overdue supervision and discovery on problems,difficult finding and positioning of problems,and excessively coarse line loss evaluation,etc.To address these problems,the Power User Electric Energy Data Acquire System and Rural Power Network Comprehensive Loss Reduction Assistant Decision System have been introduced.Through researches on various functions of the two systems and with the functions brought by them,including automatic electric energy data acquisition,automatic electric energy data calculation,warning for abnormal electric energy data and line loss assistant analysis,the traditional line loss management model of rural power network has been improved and a new line loss management model has been designed to give full play to new technologies an d new systems in the line loss management work.Taken as the case study,Suburb Power Supply Company in Yanji,Jilin has gradually applied the new system and carried out line loss management work in accordance with the newly improved model.In addition,effects of old and new models have been compared in many ways to verify the improvement results of line loss management in the new system and new model.Application and promotion values of the new line loss management model,supported by new technologies,ha ve been ascertained.
