Hydropower and Internet plus power system is a large and complex structure of the system,in many ways has been encountered a lot of academic and practical problems,urgent in the knowledge and technical aspects of the relevant work,a breakthrough.With the continuous progress of the social economy,the gradual improvement of clean energy requirements and needs,water conservancy and hydropower projects continue to build a variety of facilities,as well as the increasing number of scheduling requirements to promote the operation of complex hydropower energy system needs more intelligent,meticulous,Management coordination means more scientific and effective.Therefore,we want to give full play to the comprehensive benefits of water conservancy and hydropower energy,to achieve its economic and social development of China's important practical significance and support,must be committed to the scientific development of water resources and effective use,as well as the theory of hydropower and Practice the continuous optimization of the layout.Small-scale hydropower station is a large-scale power grid to help improve energy supply,optimize the energy allocation,protect the natural environment,promote energy conservation and reduce the pollution of the coordinated development of social and other fields have a significant role.Now the system is usually equipped with battery storage energy equipment,but in the early operation of the system due to the impact of the load current is strong,the battery will have a greater harm,resulting in a significant reduction in battery life.In this case,if the use of super-capacitor group to control the impact load current,it will play a buffer role,thereby enhancing the battery performance.Therefore,the super capacitor-battery hybrid storage energy system research work there is a very significant practical significance.In order to make the super capacitor work priority in the operation of the DC system of the substation and release the charge buffer load load for the battery,this paper designs the research plan of the super capacitor-battery mixed storage energy.In this paper,the first in the technical and practical aspects of the mixed storage energy system to analyze the technical level that the system can be carried out,the super capacitor in the discharge when the DC load can achieve the needs of the role,and further analysis can be seen,the system in the actual use of the process also save space.Then,to provide a super capacitor capacity configuration operation method,with reference to the impact load in the late accidental voltage floating range,the calculation of the circuit resistance and inductance.At the same time,the application of the device is discussed,taking into account the characteristics of power type and energy type energy storage device,put forward a multi-energy composition of micro-grid hybrid storage capacity optimal allocation method.Based on the curve of wind,light and water output,the annual load curve of the whole network is taken as the target of the input,operation and processing input,the system storage capacity,the instantaneous power of the microgrid,the minimum power of the system,the algorithm is used to solve the objective function,and the optimal capacity of the battery and supercapacitor in the hybrid energy storage system is obtained.The results show that compared with the traditional battery energy storage system,hybrid energy storage system can greatly reduce the purchase and operating costs.
