With the development of microgrid technology,renewable energy power generation technology,intelligent power storage technology,especially the development of renewable energy generation technology,including solar energy,wind energy and biomass energy,and power storage technology,including battery technology and super capacitor technology.In view of the existence of daily power consumption in public power supply network,ubiquitous living electricity during the day when the peak load is too large,the night power consumption is wasted phenomenon,on the basis of analyzing the development of microgrid at home and abroad and the current situation and direction of microgrid development in our country,a home microgrid control and application system is designed.System set power generation module,energy storage module,control module and application module in one.Through the family microgrid of the battery wall for power grid load regulation,when the power consumption is low,the valley storage of electric energy can improve power efficiency.At the same time,combined with the rapid development of renewable energy power generation technology,collection of solar energy,wind energy and other intermittent power generation,storage by the battery,super capacitor.And finally to the LED lights as the representative of the energy-saving equipment to mention low-voltage,adjustable DC power supply,especially the super capacitor can provide larger current to the instantaneous load,so as to meet the requirements of the instantaneous high current demand such as charging pile.The main features of the system include: the use of day and night power supply peak and valley characteristics,low-cost purchase and storage at night,not only improve the national grid 24-hour power supply balanced load distribution,improve the utilization of power resources,but also for users to save electricity.Solar panels installed on the user's roof,glass photovoltaic panels installed on the user's windows and walls are used to collect and store solar energy during daylight.The use of new lithium batteries and super capacitors as energy storage equipment made of battery wall,not only saves the wall materials and battery space,but also to the purpose of energy storage.The DC,low voltage and energy saving loads which are promoted by the state are used as the load of microgrid,so as to facilitate the management,monitoring and use of power supply.Monitoring and managing voltage / current of user load by digital control technology,in the case of sufficient power of micro-grid,it can supply output power to other users.Through the sale of electricity to increase user revenue to reduce user input costs,and promote the development of microgrid.In the aspect of hardware design,the system uses solar photovoltaic panels as the power source of the family micro grid.Selection of 12 V lithium battery and single 2.7V super capacitor design circuit constitutes a battery wall,as a home micro-grid storage equipment.Altera's EP4CE10E22C8 N chip is used as the hardware of the control system to complete the function of automatic relationship between the power source and the energy storage device as well as the voltage selection output and voltage stall adjustment function.Selection of microprocessing chip STC89C5A60S2 as a family of micro-grid application module controller to achieve voltage and current measurement.Application of WiFi technology to realize the communication and control of solar photovoltaic panels and energy storage equipment as well as energy storage equipment and microprocessors.Application of optoelectronic coupling technology to achieve the control system on the energy storage equipment and power sources to match the automatic switching control function and the voltage output automatic switching control function.Application of analog-to-digital conversion technology to achieve the analog voltage data through the microprocessor to digital voltage display function.In the aspect of software design,the development of control system software is realized by means of Hardware Description Language Verilog,which is implemented in Altera company's comprehensive PLD/FPGA development software Quartus II.The contents include through the parallel transmission mode to achieve four-bit power supply control signal read and four-bit power supply control signal control function.Through the study of the serial data character transmission format and serial port transmission rate,using serial programming to achieve t the communication between 50 MHz FPGA chip and WiFi module with data transmission rate of 9600Bd/s.Through the serial transmission mode programming to achieve the output voltage range selection and output voltage size selection function.Through the FPGA control module serial transceiver data and power supply control using professional EDA simulation tool ModelSim simulation,using Proteus to simulation the micro processor module including analog to digital conversion and voltage display function,as well as test the function of the mobile terminal,verify the module to achieve the desired design function.Tests have shown that the intended design requirements for the design of control and application system for family microgrid have been achieved.
