Water resources as Wutongqiao District of Leshan city is extremely important and valuable resources,reasonable development,strengthen the protection,to provide more water,and achieve sustainable use,is an important and arduous task.In recent years,Wutongqiao district social rapid economic development,population urbanization,increase the proportion of city construction and development has brought a series of environmental change,the water resource problem is worsening,some areas have been beyond the tolerance range,the sustainable development of city,the lives of the residents caused a serious impediment.In this paper,the water resources carrying capacity evaluation of Wutongqiao district as the main research contents,resources and environment as the research foundation,from the perspective of resources and environment background conditions,the present situation of resources and environment,and the analysis and calculation of water resources available potential,and considering the social economy,ecological environment,geological background and other factors,through the data and theoretical research methods to establish the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity,while the use of AHP method and variation coefficient method to determine the weight of each index,in order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation results,the AHP method and variation coefficient method the weighted average result,analysis of individual evaluation indexes and comprehensive evaluation on water resources carrying capacity in Wutongqiao District of Leshan city.According to the water resources of Wutongqiao District of Leshan City City capacity evaluation research progress are as follows:(1)In Wutongqiao District of Leshan city geological environment and hydrogeological conditions in detail,according to the lithology and occurrence of groundwater,water physical properties and hydraulic characteristics,groundwater will be divided into two types: loose rock pore water and bedrock fissure water.And the hydrogeological parameters of the data value of the evaluation indicators are determined,and the related resources are calculated in turn.(2)According to the basic situation and the status of water resources in Wutongqiao District,on the plain and pore water in loose rock hydrogeological zones and hills of fissure water in weathered zone hydrology geologic area as the background,to select water mode Wutongqiao district scale(C1),water environmental capacity(C2),the water resource exploitation modulus(C3),the primary quality of groundwater pollution area ratio(C4),surface water(C5),the degree of exploitation of groundwater exploitation degree(C6),GDP million wastewater emissions(C7),the proportion of groundwater pollution point(C8),surface water resources utilization potential(C9),the potential of groundwater resources(C10)and water resources(C11)11 evaluation indexes,constructed corresponding to the water resources carrying capacity of Wutongqiao district evaluation index system.(3)Weight respectively by using AHP and variation coefficient method to calculate the evaluation index,and the results are weighted to evaluate the bearing capacity of water resources in Wutongqiao area.The evaluation results show that the state has the obvious difference in the evaluation unit of water resources carrying capacity in Wutongqiao District,the problems of water resources in the low hills mountain area is more prominent,the bearing capacity was overloaded(willow town,Qiao Gou Zhen,Jin Su Zhen,Jinshan Town,Hui Shan Zhen,Xi Ba Zhen Shi Lin Zhen,Cai Jinzhen,and new Yun Xiang),and water resources in plain area according to the situation of utilization of water resources in its social and economic development,and the bearing capacity for the balance of the performance or surplus(Guan Ying Zhen,Niu Hua Zhen,Zhu Genzhen).(4)the main problems of water resources carrying capacity of Wutongqiao district water resources utilization is not high,the water environment is worsening trend,serious water pollution,unreasonable exploitation of groundwater,water resources management mechanism is not mature,the problem of water resources in the low hills mountain area is more prominent,need attention and improvement.
