As a key of drill hole machine,the engineering drilling rig robot is widely used in geological exploration,engineering construction,municipal construction and so on.Most of the existing engineering drilling rig robots are used by manual handle or cable control switch control mode,which have the shortcoming of simple control function,low control accuracy and personal safety threat.Therefore,it is very important to introduce wireless communication technology into the control field of engineering drilling rig robot,and develop a wireless remote control system with the condition monitoring and active accurate control functions.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional control method,this paper designs and studies a wireless remote electro-hydraulic control system of the engineering drilling rig robot from the two important directions of wireless communication technology and drilling robot movement control.The study involves four aspects: advanced wireless communication technology research,wireless remote control system development,wireless remote control test and analysis,precision control research based on fuzzy algorithm.Firstly,based on the analysis of engineering drilling rig robots' functional requirements and work environment,433 MHz wireless spread spectrum communication technology based on LoRa modem technology is proposed.Secondly,the handheld terminal and remote terminal based on Cortex-M3 processor are developed,and have functions of wireless data transceiver,control command acquisition,working status monitoring,LCD data display,monitoring value storage,etc.Then,a PWM fuzzy controller is designed to realize the precise control of proportional electromagnetic valve.Finally,the experimental platform of engineering drilling rig robots wireless remote control system is set up,the test results display that the wireless remote electro-hydraulic remote control system can realize the effective control of the engineering drilling robot in the remote wireless communication distance.In this paper,the wireless remote electro-hydraulic control system of engineering drilling robot is of reference and application value for improving the working efficiency and control precision of engineering drilling robot.
