| Since 2013,China’s steel production ranks 779 million in the world[1].Steel frame structure has been hitherto unknown development in more and more fields,steel joint design as a key point in the design of steel structure,many domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a series of research,and put forward many kinds of steel node types.Because of the same moment of inertia and the high economic benefit,the construction is convenient and the seismic performance is superior,the round steel tube column is widely used in the architectural design.Yunnan province is located in the Yunnan Guizhou Plateau,hilly terrain and earthquake prone,steel transportation and installation conditions are relatively poor.Yunnan Province geological condition and the existing domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the basis of the research,this paper proposes a new convenient transportation node site installation "separated outer sleeve steel tube column steel beam-H node,this node to perform reciprocating cyclic loading test,and analyzing the test results,study the specimen loading process the load displacement curve,and the effects of parameters on the behavior of a specimen.The first 3 cross shaped outer sleeve steel pipe column type-H steel beam joints were cyclic loading test on the beam end,the observation node three recording in the process of loading and deformation of the flange member beam damage.The load displacement hysteretic curves,stiffness degradation and energy dissipation of each node are analyzedModeling and analysis of new joint research on this topic by using the finite element software ANSYS15.0,and comparison of the test results and the finite element analysis results,proved the reliability of the ANSYS software,to analyze the impact of the parameters of the new sleeve node to node performance,proposed a minimum thickness of the sleeve design formula for subsequent design and theory researchers in reference.The paper finally puts forward a design table,for designers to select the design of steel joints. |
