Thermal power plant is the source of energy conversion is the big energy consuming,how to improve the efficiency of power generation is one of the most important tasks of many power plants in China.At present,the major regional power grids have been established and put into operation the AGC automatic generation control system and AGC as a widely used means of load distribution,in achieving the EMS grid energy management system and operation control system of closed-loop control plays an important role.But because such load distribution involving the grid number of units,grid control centre in specific and comprehensive account of the unit’s differences and therefore cannot fully meet the scheduling needs of energy saving for power generation enterprises,and with the maturity of thermal power production process control technology,Power plant urgent to implement energy-efficient scheduling.Energy-efficient scheduling system considering the performance of all the units,using intelligent algorithms compare advantages and disadvantages of each unit,with high and low energy consumption of all units as indicators,total units to the principle of the lowest energy consumption load distribution among the various units,in order to achieve energy-saving schedule.Save energy compared with traditional scheduling scheduling,changes the traditional point-to-point direct control unit of dispatching,reduces the amount of data exchanged between dispatch and the thermal power plant,reduce the amount of calculation of the energy management system,the system automatically plant unit load optimized combination and reasonably allocate,in order to achieve all objectives with the lowest overall energy consumption.Based on a #2 of a factory unit and Unit II #3 as the object of study,the two units to implement energy-efficient scheduling system for process analysis,and energy-efficient scheduling system runs through economic and environmental evaluation of energy saving dispatch system,value analysis of the practical operation of the system.
