With the rapid development of industry and economy,the demand for electric energy is becoming more and more urgent.At the same time,the requirements of power quality and safety are getting higher and higher.Active distribution network emerges under this background.Active distribution network contains a large number of distributed generation,electric vehicles,flexible load,etc.,which enhanced the initiative,interaction,flexibility and economy of distribution system.The change of power distribution network topology makes the bidirectional power flow and voltage more limited,the randomness and volatility of distributed po wer supply bring new challenges to the security and stability of the system.How to predict the active situation of active power distribution system on the basis of considering many uncertain factors is the main research content of this paper.This paper presents a method of the security situation based on the power supply capacity of the active power distribution system.Firstly,the paper the concept of maximum power supply capacity of active power distribution system is proposed.According to the characteristics of active power distribution system,considering the uncertainties of intermittent distributed power supply and electric vehicle charging and discharging,establishes the maximum power supply capacity model of active power distribution system based on the principal transformer N-1 criterion.Secondly,considering the power supply capacity of the distribution system,the vulnerability of the system operation,intermittent distributed power supply and electric vehicle charge and discharge and other factors,proposes and establishes an index system for safety situational awareness of active power distribution system based on the theory of utility risk.Finally,the paper divides the security posture warning level of distribution system operation.According to the characteristics of active power distribution system,fuzzy AHP is used to evaluate the security situation early warning grade.It is verified that the proposed model and method are feasible and feasible,which provides a new idea and a new method for unstable operation of active power distribution system in the future.This paper proves that the proposed situational awareness model and method have certain feasibility,which provides a new idea and a new method for the future active distribution system to prevent the unstable operation events.
