Based on the study of Guohua Panshan Power Plant low NOx burners renovation project as the main object,to generate the principle and theoretical results verify the actual operation data of nitrogen oxides,nitrogen oxides and the generation principle to make the corresponding adjustment to reduce NOx emissions.Analysis of the boiler in Guohua Panshan Power Plant for Russian made 500 MW DC furnace NOx discharge status,Preliminary judgment according to the theory of nitrogen oxides generating boiler NOx emissions exceed the reason for running too much oxygen,low oxygen combustion experiment was carried out after a while the unit efficiency,and significantly lower nox emission,but the unstable combustion,coking content increased,and the area of the carbon monoxide concentrations increased adverse effects,such as to determine low nitrogen burner renovation,because of the water wall structure,combustion mode has changed,hydrodynamic calculation and thermodynamic calculation before modification,and according to the calculation results to adjust and optimize the renovation project,after renovation to meet the needs of the boiler in depth,the combustion adjustment test can ensure the boiler running safety,economy and environment.
