Suizhong Power Plant Phase II project installed two ultra-supercritical 1000 MW coal-fired generating units(# 3,# 4),Boiler for the East Boiler plant production DG3030 / 26.25-?1 ultra-supercritical pressure,hedging combustion,single furnace,solid slag,balanced ventilation,full suspension open-air layout,variable pressure running DC boiler.Phase 2 # 3,# 4 furnace were put into commercial operation in February and May 2010 respectively.The boiler burner was designed with NOx emission index(denitrification inlet)of 315 mg / Nm3.The boiler was taken to prevent the high temperature corrosion of the water wall,The average concentration of NOx in the denitrification inlet is about 310 mg / Nm3(up to 350 mg / Nm3).With the continuous development of low nitrogen combustion technology and the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements,in order to further reduce the NOx emission concentration of the denitrification inlet in the operation of the boiler,the project will carry out the optimization experiment of low nitrogen burner combustion optimization.Through the detailed adjustment and test work of the 3 + 4 milling system and the combustion system,the running characteristics of the boiler were found,and some problems in the equipment and operation were found,and the low nitrogen combustion effect of the burner was excavated.Different coal blending methods and the influence of coal quality on NOx concentration,the risk of high temperature sulfur corrosion of left and right side wall water wall was evaluated,and the optimized operation card was put forward for operation reference.
