Research On Optimizing For Medium Voltage Distribution Of Shaoxing Central Urban Area

Distribution network is a vital component of electric power network,faced with customers’ demand,an essential procedure of “sufficiently supplied and easily used ” as well as a basic guarantee of the development of economic society and a significant infrastructure maintaining people’s livelihood.In last years,to solve the problem of weakness on both sides,State Grid Corporation of China’s promotion of power idea on network development has been greatly improving the development of distribution network.Compared with the general requirement of “Achieve international first class management,build world first class network”,however,there is still a gap,namely,as the four aspects below,first,distribution capacity still needs to be increased,second,network structure remains to be perfect,third,design standards still needs to be united,fourth,management is waited to be improved.This article mainly makes a diagnosis and analysis on the current situation of the power network distributed in Shaoxing central urban area,draws a conclusion on the problems shown in above analysis,considering the current network wiring situation as well as the current situation of cable channels and the contribution aims of distribution network in Shaoxing central urban area,to make finally a choice among typical wiring models fits Shaoxing central urban area most,further to make an optimization program to the final choice mentioned above,and implement it,and ultimately carry out the mid-term evaluation on Shaoxing central urban area optimization program.The effectiveness of the optimization program is verified by comparing evaluation results with key technical indicators on distribution network before,to measure the effectiveness of this distribution network optimization program,as well as to find out problems appear in the process,in order to pretend similar problems in following future process.
