With the development of science and electronic technology,the automobile has been transformed from the traditional mechanical product to electronic technology and mechatronics product,the automobile internal system almost was covered by the electronic products,so it is subjected to a lot of electromagnetic interference.With the increasing large transformer substation,widely-used LED advertising screen,more electric vehicle charging pile in the future,driverless technology,connected car and other new technology development,the external electromagnetic interference can also not be ignored.In order to shorten the vehicle level electromagnetic suseptibility research and development cycle,reduce development cost,the emulational analysis is often used in analyzing and predicting performance at the early stage of the design.The vehicle immunity performance experiment is to examine whether all the vehicle electrical system function and performance is normal or not under a strong external environment.At this time,due to the automobile body protection and influence,the electrical system components examined are not directly under external interference environment,which determining the strength of external field that spare parts face,is the strength of spare parts location field after the automobile body influence.Under the certain external field,analyzing the location field strength of automobile parts,combined with the immunity performance of parts itself,which help to predict the performance of installed vehicle parts in immunity performance experiment.In order to predict the vehicle immunity performance with emulational analysis method,in this thesis,it did a emulational research to the vehicle internal field distribution under the external electromagnetic field.The main aspects of the research include:1.Based on the study of the theory of electromagnetic compatibility and analysis of automotive electromagnetic environment,this thesis tells the formation mechanism of the electromagnetic interference sources and the three elements of electromagnetic interference.Through the analysis of the electromagnetic transmission route,it made a specific explanation to conduction coupling and radiation coupling in theory.2.According to the standard ISO11451-2,which has calibrated horn antenna on the experiment,at the same time,having a test on the vehicle electromagnetic field distribution with horn antenna as the radiation source,obtained specific experimental data of the vehicle electromagnetic distribution.3.According to the arrangement parameters of vehicle immunity experiment,it carried out the vehicle electromagnetic immunity emulation in the FEKO,and simulating the vehicle electromagnetic immunity interference with respectively horn antenna and plane wave as the radiation source,obtained specific emulational data of the vehicle electromagnetic distribution.4.Making an analysis and comparison between the experimental and emulational data,have summarized that establishing specific antenna in emulation is helpful to improve the accuracy of emulation prediction.
