Concrete is a kind of composite material,and the mechanical properties of different aggregate are different greatly,which makes its sawing state relatively random.In most cases,the sawing process of concrete is difficult to effectively monitor,and the blade is prone to sway during use,which seriously affects the processing efficiency.Therefore,this paper uses a diamond saw blade on the internal components of concrete(hard aggregate,soft aggregate)and concrete sawing experimental study,and provide theoretical basis and application guidance for improving the sawing efficiency of concrete and the utilization rate of saw blade.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The sawing mechanism of hard aggregate and soft aggregate was studied,the change rule of sawing force and vibration amplitude and material removal mechanism of hard and soft aggregate under different cutting parameters were analyzed.The experimental results show that there are two kinds of shear fracture and brittle fracture in the removal mechanism of soft aggregate,the hard aggregate is completely brittle fracture;X and y direction of the sawing force and vibration amplitude trend is more consistent,but cutting parameters has little effect on the y direction of the sawing force;At the same cutting parameters,the sawing force and vibration amplitude of the soft aggregate are generally less than that of the hard aggregate;The effect of cutting depth on the sawing force and vibration amplitude of hard aggregate is the greatest,and the feed rate has the greatest influence on the sawing force and vibration amplitude of soft aggregate.(2)The characteristics changes of the frequency segment of the sawing force and vibration signals of hard and soft aggregate were studied by wavelet analysis,it is found that the processing signal of hard and soft aggregate is relatively stable and randomness is small,and its specific frequency segment has good correspondence relationship with sawing process.Reasonable use of processing signals to achieve the monitoring of the stability of the hard and soft aggregate sawing process and saw blade state.(3)The frequency segment of processing signals of hard and soft aggregate and concrete are compared.The experimental results show that the frequency segment of 156.25-312.5Hz in the processing signal of concrete mainly comes from the interaction between the saw blade and the hard aggregate in the concrete.The 1250-2500Hz frequency segment mainly comes from the interaction between the saw blade and the soft aggregate in the concrete.(4)Finally,the 156.25-312.5Hz and 1250-2500Hz frequency segment in the processing signal of concrete are used as the main source of the saw blade status,bat algorithm improving bp network is used to predict the saw blade state.At the same time taking into account the difference between force and vibration sensor data acquisition,the prediction results of the two different signal samples were merged.And compared with the actual saw blade state value,it is found that it can realize the accurate judgment of saw blade state during the concrete sawing process.
