Study On The Adjustment Of Contract Price Of Construction Project Under The Condition Of Price Change

There are two kinds of methods to adjust the price change in the current 2013 list valuation standard,which are "price index to adjust the price difference" and "cost information adjustment price difference".At present,the domestic construction projects choose the "cost information adjustment price difference" most,and its application is mature.Engineering costing persons are lack of understanding on the " price index to adjust the price difference ",and the use of this method is rare.In view of the present situation of domestic construction engineering,this paper puts forward the following questions,whether "cost information adjustment price difference" method is enough mature and has no disadvantage,or the " price index to adjust the price difference " method is not suitable for construction projects.In this paper,I use case analysis method,comparative analysis method,the mathematical equations to focus on researching price changes under the two contract price adjustment method.And combine with the construction project case,comparative analysis of the differences in the results of the price adjustment and the pros and cons of each method.In this paper,two kinds of price adjustment methods are compared and analyzed.It can be used to analyze the applicability of the "price index adjustment price difference" to the construction project.By means of theoretical analysising and practical case analysising,the advantages and disadvantages of the two price adjustment methods are obtained.This paper also make depth analysis of method's operation steps of simple or complex.It is helpful for the contracting parties to choose the method of price adjustment.In this paper,the research on the "price index adjustment price difference" of the construction project also provides a theoretical support for the government departments in charge of the promotion of the index price adjustment method.After this study,it's come to conclusion that "price index to adjust the price difference " and "cost information adjustment price difference" are both suitable for the use of domestic construction project price adjustment,the two methods have their own unique advantages and disadvantages.From the price adjustment steps and methods of operation difficulty,the "price index to adjust the price difference " method is more suitable for the construction market pricing and management.And the "price index to adjust the price difference " method can reduce the contract disputes between the contracting parties,so it is more reasonable to promote the use of "price index adjustment price difference" method.
