As a public transport vehicle using clean energy,natural gas buses play an important role in solving the problem of traffic congestion and exhaust emissions,and have achieved steady and rapid development under the support of national policy.But the associated natural gas aut omobile industry standard system and technical specifications development is lagging behind,especially CNG bus gas supply system layout design lack of standards and process specification guidance,the relevant theoretical and experimental research less,companies rely more on Experience or pass the model passively match.In this paper,the CNG bus high pressure air supply pipeline as the research object,according to the actual structure of the pipeline and the constraints of the characteristics of the esta blishment of the pipeline finite element model,using ANSYS Workbench software on the pipeline for modal analysis,and then do the pipeline The modal confidence criterion(MAC)of the modal and modal results is proved by the experimental modal analysis in the confined state.The reliability of the finite element model is proved.The sensitivity of the three modes of pipe mode to wall thickness,constraint point position and pressure load in pipeline is explored respectively.According to the results of pipeline modal sensitivity analysis and the actual situation,the average drive DOF theory(ADDOFD)and AHP method is used to determine the position of the pipeline constraint point as the optimization target,and the constraint point optimization scheme is obtained.The rationality of the optimization scheme is verified by the pipeline modal analysis and dynamic analysis.Finally,based on the fluid-solid coupling theory,the fluid modeling,boundary condition setting and flow field analysis of the pipeline are completed in the Fluent software.The flow field analysis results are applied as pressure loads to the inner wall of the pipeline,Constraint Modal Results in Fluid-Solid Coupling State.
