Hydraulic system is a power support system and is widely used in aerospace,ship,heavy machinery and other industries.The flow pulsation caused by axial piston pumps and the complex structure of pipelines will cause fluid-solid coupling vibration of hydraulic pipelines,and fluid-solid coupling vibration will affect the normal operation of the system and even the loss of life and property.With the development of the hydraulic system to large scale,automation,high pressure and large flow,the fluid-solid coupling vibration is more obvious in the hydraulic pipeline.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the effect of fluid parameters on the fluid-solid coupling vibration.Using the method of numerical simulation combined with experiment,this paper foused the following aspects of content based on the straight pipe and curved pipe of hydraulic system as the research object.The first part established the 14-equation fluid-solid coupling model of straight pipe and curved pipe in the hydraulic system,and disscused the transfer matrix method of the fluid-solid coupling 14-equation model considering the friction.Then,the boundary constraint matrix and the excitation matrix of the pipeline were deduced,which laid the theoretical foundation for the numerical analysis.The second part considered the different simplified forms of friction items,and used the fluid-solid coupling 14-equation model of the straight pipe and the C919 aircraft wing curved pipe to carry out the modal analysis.Then,fluid-solid coupling modal experiment of the liquid filled pipeline was carried out and compared with the analysis result,to study the effect of different simplified forms of friction on the fluid-solid coupling vibration of the pipeline.Finally,According to the modal analysis and the experimental results,a more appropriate simplified friction term was selected.The third part analyzed the influence of different fluid parameters on the fluid-solid coupling vibration characteristics of hydraulic pipeline.Based on the hydraulic straight pipeline and C919 aircraft wing curved pipeline fluid-solid coupling 14-equation model and the transfer matrix method considering the friction term,the effects of different flow,pulsation frequency,pressure and temperature parameters on the fluid-solid coupling vibration characteristics of straight pipeline and curved pipeline were analyzed.The influence of fluid parameters on the axial velocity response is analyzed.And this part focused on the analysis of the influence of fluid parameters on the axial velocity response.
