| In recent years,with the rapid development of China's urbanization level,the development of rural areas more and more attention by all levels of government.Especially in the western rural areas,is becoming the focus of much attention.Different from the development model of the rural areas in the south,the industrial structure of the western rural areas is single,the production level is backward,the traditional agricultural economy still dominates.Gansu as a multi-ethnic western province,in recent years,rapid economic development,the total economic volume has been greatly improved,but by the natural conditions,the economic level is still very backward.In particular,Gansu Hui nationality is concentrated in Linxia,which is located in the transitional zone of the Loess Plateau to the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The landforms are complex and diverse.The hills and valleys are fluctuating,the gully is criss-crossed,the climate is dry and drier and the meteorological and geological disasters are frequent.Ecological fragility,low level of industrialization,urban and rural integration lag,natural disasters are relatively large and many other factors restricting the region's economic development.In the context of the gradual development of the new urbanization in the contemporary era,how to seize the opportunity to promote the development of the region has become the focus of attention of the majority of farmers.Because of their special religious beliefs,the villagers' lives are basically centered on mosques,and traditional beliefs and strong religious beliefs make the withdrawal of large villages in this area can not be achieved.In this paper,from the perspective of new urbanization,combined with the theory of dual economic structure,growth pole theory,urban and rural integration theory and regional integration theory,at the same time learn from domestic and foreign scholars excellent scientific research and advanced practical experience,to develop suitable for Gansu Hui neighborhood The village layout planning method.In this method,through the analysis of the present situation,the restrictive factors,the spatial distribution and the way of land resources allocation,the paper summarizes the regional layout of the study area,which is roughly large,Small concentration "of the characteristics of the study area due to complex and diverse terrain,resulting in a wide range of village distribution environment,the village is engaged in economic activities are also very different.In general,in the piedmont plains,rivers along the river,highway coastal villages are more distributed,the population is more intensive;in the mountains and hilly areas of the village is less distributed,the village scale is relatively small.Due to the lack of reasonable planning,the current village layout of the region is still a big problem.On the basis of the theoretical research,this paper takes the Guanghe County of Linxia as an example to analyze the basic situation of the county and draw the main problems of the current village layout.From the point of view of the problem,the terrain analysis of tworepresentative villages is made by using AutoDesk InfraWorks 360 software,and the terrain characteristics of these two villages are obtained,and the favorable conditions and restrictive factors of village development are summarized.And the use of Delphi law,the impact of village development of the indicators and factors to determine the weight of the 102 villages to calculate the weight of the total,so as to get the overall relocation of the village.Finally,using these methods and analysis,combined with the local situation,the county village layout of the practical deepening,and completed the exploratory planning and design work.Through the theoretical research and case analysis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the village layout of Gansu Hui nationality settlement area. |
