| Modern tram,as a kind of urban rail transit,has been becoming more and more popular in recent years,which integrates many modern technologies based on the traditional tram.It has the following advantages: high speed,environmentally friendly,good urban landscape,short construction period and low investment costs.Vehicle signal control system plays an extremely important role in the entire modern tram signal system and directly determines the operation safety and efficiency of modern tram.Therefore,the research and design of vehicle signal control system is of great significance to improve the informationization and automation control level of the train and reduce drivers’ labor intensity.The operation characteristics of the vehicle signal system and the functional requirements of each module are analyzed in this paper.The key technologies of the vehicle signal system are researched,and the hardware platform of the vehicle signal control system is established.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the development and research background of modern tram are described in this paper.The research significance of the vehicle control platform,the current research status at home and abroad,the framework structure and the main research contents are introduced.Secondly,the structure of the modern tram signal system is described,and the characteristics,overall framework and function requirements of the vehicle signal control system are explicated in detail.Then,the key technologies of wireless communication,train positioning and vehicle vital computer in the vehicle signal control system are discussed.The application scenarios of wireless communication and train positioning function in modern tram signal system are analyzed in this paper,and the corresponding hardware circuit to meet the functional requirements of the vehicle signal system are designed.The synchronization mechanism and the data comparison voting technology of vehicle vital computer are researched.The framework of 2-vote-2 vehicle vital computer are designed to ensure the security of vehicle signal control platform.Finally,the vehicle signal control system was tested through experiments,the wireless communication,train positioning,vehicle safety computer and other functional modules were verified.The results show that the functional modules of the modern trolley vehicle control platform can run stably,meet the expected functional demands,and provide a reference and theoretical basis for the future research of the vehicle control platform. |
