The concrete face rockfill dam has been widely used in the world,it is a type of dam safety and economy,is widely applicable to the topography,geological and climatic conditions,has been developed rapidly in recent decades.The development of China's face rockfill dam began in the mid-1980 s,and since the introduction of such dams,it has developed rapidly and has become one of the major dam types since the 1980 s and 1990 s.The scale of the construction of the rockfill dam is from tens of meters to 200 m.This paper analyzes the stress and deformation of the concrete face rockfill dam in the completion period and the impoundment period,analyzes the influencing factors of the face plate and rockfill deformation of the face rockfill dam,and comprehensively understands the deformation of the face rockfill dam and the dam The stability of the body,so as to provide a basis for the construction of rockfill dam material,section optimization,construction schedule,operation prediction,panel construction.This paper introduces the development of the face rockfill dam,the research progress and the present situation both at home and abroad,the characteristics of the concrete face rockfill dam.The 3D finite element constitutive model were summarized,the dam is selected for calculation of constitutive model;and summarizes the theory of contact setting between panel and cushion and the thin-layer unit theory of panel sub-seam.The basic theory and method of nonlinear finite element analysis of concrete face rockfill dam are studied.In this paper,the concrete face rockfill dam of Yangqu hydropower station is used as an engineering example,and the finite element analysis software MIDAS / GTS is used to establish the three-dimensional finite element model and the meshing grid.The concrete face rockfill dam is simulated under the condition of completion period and water storage period The stress and deformation of concrete face rockfill dam under two kinds of conditions are analyzed.The results show that the dam is only subject to the self-weight,the deformation value is small,the stress level is low,the deformation and stress distribution of the dam body are basically reasonable.During the water storage period,the dam is in the water pressure load and the weight The displacement of the dam upstream of the dam axis is reduced,the displacement to the downstream direction is increased,and the vertical displacement of the rockfill is increased,but the total It is better to say that the change in horizontal displacement is obvious.In general,the calculation of the stress and deformation of the dam is basically reasonable.In this paper,the three-dimensional finite element model of panel face rockfill dam under two different construction methods is established.The simulation panel is completed in one-time continuous construction and two phases in the completion period and the waterstorage period.Stress and deformation of concrete panels in two different construction methods under the stress and deformation results.The results show that the stress deformation of the panel under two different construction methods is reasonable,but the panel has a large tensile stress zone near the bank slope,and the maximum tensile stress exceeds the concrete tensile standard.In general the dam is safe,its deformation and stress to meet the safety requirements.
