The construction and development of the economy can not be separated from the convenient traffic,especially in recent years,the transportation network provides a powerful guarantee for the whole society of production,circulation and consumption.As an important part of the whole traffic network,the expressway belongs to the land transportation.Highway network spreads all over the river north and south,some section exist complex topography,especially in the mountainous or hilly area,the difficulty of construction increase greatly,leads to the construction safety risk increases greatly.Aiming at this situation,this paper takes the D ramp project as the research object,this project is complex and difficult,once the safety risk accident,it will cause serious economic losses and social adverse effects,combined with the present situation of the safety risk in our country,the safety risk assessment research on the key construction stage lay the foundation for safety stock and technological base.In the first place,the introduction of the concept and theoretical framework of the security risk assessment is scientific,analysis and induction of different construction scheme of the possibility of the occurrence of security risks,probability and response measures;And then combined with the actual situation of the sand whistle interchanges,D Ramp works can be demolished Huixing high-speed K55 + 300 on the right side of both special anti-high slope program(demolition of high slope program)and the use of small radius curved bridge and widening benefits Xing high speed both to mention the bridge with the program(Pyramid Takahashi + small radius of the bridge program).Then the high side slope demolition and reconstruction scheme choices the overall risk assessment and special risk assessment,this scheme determines the overall risk level is III class,belongs to "high risk"".safety risk assessment of the widening high bridge+ small radius high bridge scheme using expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy process.This program exists 5"high risk"(III)risk source,8"moderate risk"(II)risk source,8 "low risk"(I)risk source.Finally,according to the two kinds of schemes and different risk events,respectively based on the risk leve depended on the safety risk assessment,corresponding control measures is proposed according to the possible risk events,especially in view of the high risk of the proposed control measures,all this reduce the probability of security accident.Comprehensive"demolition of high slope program" and "spike Takahashi + small radius of Takahashi program" risk level and the actual terrain and the existing Huixing Expressway Bugong requirements,agreed that "Pyramid Takahashi + small radius Bridge program "as the preferred program.The research of this paper provides a reference for the safety evaluation of the newly built expressway and the existing highway splicing construction,which has certain reference value for the application of safety risk assessment in similar projects.
