Expressway construction projects may have problems such as environmental complexity, long cycle, the level of technical requirements. The internal and external factors in the process of construction projects are largely influenced by long-term factors and random factors, which cause frequent fluctuations. These factors of uncertainty may cause the entire cycle management more complicated, which increases the requirement in the complete construction cycle risk management. Therefore, the project can be implemented smoothly and efficiently, in order to ensure risk management is critical in expressway construction projects.In this paper, risk management of expressway construction is my research topic, include various aspects of expressway construction project (design, construction) phase of risk management, such as risk analysis forming factors, risk assessment and risk countermeasures. In the expressway construction project risk factor analysis, the characteristics of expressway construction project are summarized and involved in this paper, the expressway construction project are analyzed in detail. The construction period, cost, quality, technology, constraction and legal, these five aspects are affected. In the expressway construction project risk evaluation, this paper has analyzed the engineering project risk evaluation methods, based on the established the project risk evaluation index system, obtained the suitable for expressway construction project risk assessment multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Measures for risk prevention in the expressway construction project, this paper sums up the time limit for a project management, cost management, quality management, risk monitoring, four aspects of risk prevention measures.The final chapter of this paper has used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to Lu Yu expressway construction project as an example, engineering line scheme comparison, and present a risk to the existing problems and improvement measures.This article selects the risk management of expressway construction as the research object, put forward to meeting the needs of large project construction risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to Lu Yu expressway construction project integrated optimization of route plan. In this paper, the engineering project management theory with engineering practice effectively, the purpose is to exist in the current expressway construction project risk effectively theoretical and empirical research and put forward the optimization scheme, in order to play a guiding role for reference in the expressway construction in the future, and promote the rapid development of traffic construction industry in China...
