In recent years,due to the need for different grade classification storage of grain and quality trace the accurate,puts forward higher requirements on grain storage.At present,the storage of grain storage is bigger,it is not conducive to the classification collection and quality tracing of grain,and the granary points in the storehouse is a good solution to this problem.For granary design,lateral pressure is the main influence factors,but for points under the bin granary,there are few studies of the lateral pressure.Therefore,this paper mainly uses PFC3D discrete meta-software based on granary single warehouse research to study the effect of points in the storehouse storage grain on the granary side pressure.the concrete research content is as follows:?1?Using the PFC3D discrete meta-software to build the prototype cube's scale model,the scale model has the same gravitational field as the prototype cube,it guarantees the same force as the prototype.At the same time,the model size and micro parameters of the warehouse model are determined.The loading simulation of the silos model,the results of the static lateral pressure of the wall were consistent with the Janssen theory.?2?To do the unloading simulation of the cubic model,and then you get the increase of the lateral pressure of the silos along the depth of the square,the maximum overpressure coefficient occurs at the junction of the silo wall and the funnel,and compare with the specification and static simulation results.Studies have shown that,the increases of internal and external friction's coefficient,the side pressure of the cube model decreases;The stiffness of the particle and the wall increases or decreases by an order of magnitude,the corresponding increase or decrease of the static and static pressure of the square warehouse;The change of the discharge mouth size does not cause the static pressure of the silos to increase,the size of the discharge mouth is enlarged,discharge will reduce the squeezing and collision between the storage particles,the lateral pressure of the cube model is reduced accordingly.?3?The loading and unloading simulation of points warehouse model,the static and dynamic pressure of the split model decreases with the increase of the number of points warehouse,as the increase of the number of points warehouse increases,the maximum overpressure coefficient occurs over a third of the funnel,the overpressure coefficient of the split model is smaller than that of the single warehouse.On the basis of the four-point model,the effects of lateral pressure factors were studied.The external friction coefficient is increased,and the lateral pressure of the split model decreases.The stiffness of the particle and the wall increases or decreases by an order of magnitude,the corresponding increase or decrease of the dynamic and static pressure of the split model.The change of the discharge mouth size does not cause the static pressure of the silos model to increase,the size of the discharge mouth is enlarged,discharge will reduce the squeezing and collision between the granules.The dynamic side pressure of the split model is reduced accordingly.
