The positioning of the warehouse goods is a reflection of modern technology used in the warehouse.Providing the positioning of the goods for warehouse manager can help the worker of the library staff find the positioning of the goods,with improving management efficiency.At present,the horizontal positioning technology with relatively high accuracy is mostly based on high-precision hardware equipment.The positioning method based on signal intensity is relatively low in hardware requirements.However,in order to achieve high-precision positioning,a large number of RFID readers or reference tags should be arranged in the fixed position of the warehouse.The two methods increase the cost of positioning,and reference labels can't be arranged in some warehouses.When the single feature positioning method based on signal intensity is without the use of reference label,the accuracy of the horizontal positioning of the warehouse goods is low,and can't meet the needs of the warehouse application.Therefore,the research on warehouse goods lateral positioning method of multi feature fusion with considering saving cost has important practical significance for improving warehouse lateral positioning accuracy and providing the warehouse management staff with more reliable lateral position information.Aim to the problem that horizontal positioning accuracy rate of warehouse goods is relatively low under the condition of cost control,this paper studies the relationship between the multiple features of mobile RFID data and the lateral position of goods in warehouse based on the analysis of the physical characteristics of mobile RFID.On this basis,the feature extraction model of time correlation and intensity correlation is proposed,and the lateral positioning method of multi feature fusion is also proposed to improve the accuracy of the lateral positioning of goods.The main research work includes:(1)Analysis and extraction of mobile RFID data feature.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the signal attenuation,the time characteristic and the reading range of the RFID,a number of characteristic parameters related to the lateral position of goods are obtained.Aim to the problem that the characteristic parameters can't be obtained directly from the measured data,the model of feature extraction of time correlation and intensity correlation is proposed.The experimental results show that the feature is favorable for the determination of the lateral position of goods,and the feature extraction method can reflect the lateral positioning of goods better than other methods.(2)Lateral positioning method of warehouse goods.Through the comparative analysis and summary of all kinds of multi feature fusion methods,the random forest algorithm is used as the method of multi feature fusion,and the improvement of the information loss in the random forest and the classification performance of the underlying tree are proposed.Then,the method of weight redistribution is proposed in order to improve the accuracy of lateral positioning of goods.The experimental results show that the improved random forest algorithm can improve the accuracy of horizontal positioning to a certain extent,and the weight redistribution method can improve the positioning accuracy under multiple positioning.(3)The design and implementation of the horizontal positioning system of warehouse goods.The lateral positioning system of the warehouse goods is designed based on the method of lateral positioning of the warehouse goods,and system function is achieved in practical application.Finally,the influence factors of the lateral positioning system of the warehouse goods are analyzed.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the positioning accuracy of the cost control and improve the efficiency of warehouse management.
