A Research On The Artistic Performance Of Asian Fair-faced Concrete Building

With the wide use of fair-faced concrete technique in the architectures all over the world,architects are motivated to constantly try to shape it and make it a form of artistic expression no longer limited to the plane or three-dimensional composition.And it's transformed into various forms,highlighting the dialogue between people and buildings,enabling the building to develop into a special carrier of presenting public environmental dynamism and regional culture inheritance from the original function of a stable living space.And as nowadays all the world pays great attention to urban ecological environment,architects have a new standard and requirements for architecture mass,energy consumption,materials and other factors.Construction of fair-faced concrete have been favored by many architects for it being simple,plain,environment-friendly,pure and thick,which makes a more powerful interpretation of its artistic and cultural quality.In recent years,the fair-faced concrete construction in Asia has gained popular attention in the field of public building with its unique architectural language and artistic style.Compared with Europe and the United States,the fair-faced concrete construction in Asia pays more attention to the expression of culture,belief and religion in the construction design,thus often becomes one of the most active landscape architectural elements in urban construction.In-depth study in the artistic expression of Asia's fair-faced concrete construction is of practical significance,and of great value to create an environment friendly,ecologically civilized society and will open a new era of development of architectural art.This article respectively discusses the general situation,featured construction,artistic elements and connotation of the fair-faced concrete through case study combining the author's own knowledge and practice and presents some of the author's views and opinions.In the study of textures,color change,spatial characteristics and skills of concrete construction across Asia,the author tries to shift focus from space to diverse artistic expressions,along with different aesthetic systems in the architectural creation,attaches great importance to the geographical environment and humanistic features,so as to construct a spiritual shelter to realize self value,analyzes and studies the artistic expression,formations,present situation and achievements of Asia's fair-faced concrete construction from clues of regional culture and the Oriental connotation and explores the artistic value and creation basis of Asia's fair-faced concrete construction.Concrete construction is originally grand,exquisite and plain,with its elegant,natural and composed temperament and its artistic expression is closely related to social,natural environment change and development.This article,form the perspective of environmental design through the example of Asia's classic concrete construction,deeply analyzes the form and skills of fair-faced concrete construction and highlights its green energy-saving construction features.The fair-faced concrete construction also attaches great importance to the artistic expression and the harmonious relationship with environment and presents the spirit and connotation in traditional Asian culture.Its own released strong spiritual resonance lies not only in the powerful geometric structure of architecture,or the smooth surface of concrete,but also in the effect of the inner spirit of the building.So as a result,it has provided a broad and harmonious symbiosis environment in such aspects as geographical environment and ecological protection system.Meanwhile its artistic nature enticed by environmental aesthetic has expanded the space for the artistic expression of Asia's fair-faced concrete construction,thus has stimulated architectural creation thinking.It's not hard to find from our predecessors' research and practice that the artistic expression of Asia's fair-faced concrete construction focuses relatively little on individual,social and environmental problems.The phenomenon of the expression being relatively weak and similar is serious and the expression lacks originality.Therefore,we need to dedicate ourselves to the study of artistic expression of Asia's fair-faced concrete construction and develop ourselves into a new power in environmental design.In the process of frequent interaction between the concrete buildings and environment,the fair-faced concrete construction inevitably has an influence on surroundings and the sensory experience of the appreciator also affects the construction quality.Therefore we should further study the nature of Asia's fair-faced concrete construction to help promote the visual aesthetic sense and should make full use of material features and technological achievements as well as explore the aesthetic origin to further extend its unique artistic expression.The artistic Architectural art,therefore,to enter a higher realm,has to be "an art of expression",and contained in the construction thesuperb artistry,high quality and artistic expression,are presented through the most essential,purest and plainest architectural language.People should get close to the construction,embrace it,read it and listen to it.Such architectural language conveyed here is the final goal pursued by the architects with all the efforts throughout their life.
