In recent years,the dam safety problem is one of the important research directions in the water conservancy industry.In the red earth hilly area,the reinforcement of the earth dam is a high technical requirement,and it is a large investment project,which is related to people's livelihood.Fuzzy theory method of cloud model,in this paper,to construct a scientific,reasonable,objective,fair and convenient operation,practical theory and method for homogeneous red soil hilly region of earth dam safety risk evaluation and index system.This paper mainly includes the following three aspects:(1)Combined with many factors that influence the safety of earth dam,the safety risk assessment index system of homogeneous earth dam in red soil hilly region is constructed.The evaluation index system of the safety risk of homogeneous earth dam in red soil hilly region is established,which lays the foundation for the safety risk assessment and analysis of homogeneous earth dam in red soil hilly region(2)This paper adopts the method of qualitative index and quantitative index combining the assignment according to the grading standards,evaluation index,using expert scoring method of the quantitative indicators,the objective evaluation of the homogeneous earth dam in hilly red soil region.(3)The model for evaluating the safety risk of homogeneous earth dam in red soil hilly region is constructed,and the cloud model method and fuzzy theory method are studied.The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods are analyzed.Combined with the case study of Jiangxi militia reservoir,the model is proved to be more accurate and reliable.
