As the development speed of expressways in China continues to accelerate,and the performance requirements of highways becomes higher and higher.The highway transportation network in China has become more and more developed,but a large number of high-steep slopes have also been built,accom panied by many deformation and damage of the steep slope,which caused the frequency of accidents becomes higher and higher,and made much casualties and economic losses.In the construction stage,due to the large scale of the slope construction,the complex uncertainty of geological conditions and the inadequacy of the construction process,it often leads to slope instability and casualty accidents,caused huge casualties and economic losses.In the operational stage,due to climate change,slope structure disease and human-to-slope operation management,the service life of the slope structure will become shorter and shorter,and even cause slope disaster accident,Especially high and steep slopes are more prone to these conditions.These situations.Therefore,It is very important to analyze,evaluate and control the construction and operation safety of high and steep slope.In this paper,based on the national key research and development program "regional comprehensive transportation infrastructure security technology" in the corpus "high and steep slope hazard identification and risk assessment" the research content,through the use of BowTie method,literature research,accident statistics and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and so on the index system based on the construction and operation of the high and steep side slopes of security risk assessment model,and based on the example of engineering,the application,the main result of paper:1)Through the decomposition of the construction procedure of high and steep slope and disaster accident statistics,and combined with?the safety risk assessment guide for highway cutting and high slope engineering construction?,six important engineering measures such as slope excavation,prestressed anchorage construction and anti-sliding retaining wall construction are studied.Using BowTieXP software,the dangerous events,accident causes and control measures in the six engineering measures are analyzed,and the relationship diagram of the three is drawn,which lays a good foundation for the identification of the risk source behind.2)By analyzing the influencing factors of slope instability,and combined with the analysis and research results of slope construction disaster and accident mechanism,the safety risk source checklist for the overall and special construction of the high and steep slope is preliminarily identified,including the external environment risk source and the internal risk source,and the risk sources of construction safety are graded,Combined with literature and accident statistics.3)By using BowTieXP software,the operation risk events of high and steep slope are analyzed,and the risk sources are identified,which obtained the safe operation risk sources of rock and soil high and steep slope,including the external environment risk sources and internal risk sources,and classify the grade evaluation criteria4)According to the construction and operation safety risk sources of high and steep slope,it is divided into safety factor index and risk factor index,of which the weight is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Finally,the construction safety risk assessment index system and operation safety risk assessment index system are established5)Based on the safety risk assessment model for construction and operation of high and steep slope proposed in this paper,a high and steep slope under construction in guangzhou and a high and steep slope already in operation in chongqing are selected for example evaluation,and the evaluation results are in accordance with the actual situation,which demonstrated the validity of the evaluation model.According to the objectivity and subjectivity of risk sources,this paper divides them into external environment risk sources and internal risk sources.An index system-based safety risk assessment method for construction and operation of high and steep slope is established,of which the effectiveness and practicability of the method are verified by an example.More importantly,this assessment method provides a direct support for the post-assessment risk management and tracking control work,and shows greater advantages compared with the existing assessment methods.
