| The informative management technology of offshore engineering equipment has earned growing concern accompanied with the dawn of its rapid development period. On account of the special structure and hostile environment, the offshore structures have quite rigorous requirement on welding quality more beyond common naval architectures. Thus,how to guarantee their welding quality and even the traceability of data has been met the critical development point by offshore engineering enterprises.To fill gaps in the research which is special on welding quality traceability management of offshore engineering project, in this paper, technology of welding quality traceability management are studied taking the construction process of jack-up drilling platform as background.Firstly, the research actuality are analyzed, and the relative business process is cleared up which is combined with its own characteristic of jack-up drilling platform, and the traceable model as well as the overall architecture are set up integrally of platform welding quality traceability management system based on the general requirements analysis.Secondly, catering for back-tracing requirements on welding quality data across the construction process of platform, the back-tracing scheme consisting of the methods of Stratification, Pareto and Rank Sum Test are designed and verified feasibly and effectively by the example of spud leg. In addition, a new querying cost solving algorithm named PNGA-MJQP is put forward and applied to solve the traceable multi-connection querying cost model of platform welding quality, and the results display its superiority on improving the efficiency of traceability. Finally, traceable data structure as well as prototype system are set up to realize the tracing and tracking process of jack-up welding quality data, and its achievement are confirmed to be quite practical and effective. |
