Research On Application Of Quality Traceability System In Marine Industry Enterprises

Quality traceability is an important part of quality management in marine enterprises.For a long time,in the construction process of marine products,quality traceability personnel can manually complete quality traceability by means of electronic forms and other tools.However,due to the large number of departments involved in the construction process of marine products and the cross-work between departments,manual tracing methods have been difficult to solve the problems of information communication between departments is not timely,the quality information and data query is difficult,manual tracing is error prone and inefficient.The quality traceability management of Marine industry enterprises includes many aspects of quality traceability management.This thesis focuses on the material and welding quality traceability management of Marine industry enterprises.In order to improve the material and welding quality traceability management level of Marine industry enterprises,the Marine industry enterprise quality traceability system integrating information recording,sharing,statement analysis and other functions is built,which provides effective solutions for improving the material and welding quality traceability management level of Marine industry enterprises.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The quality traceability basis of marine products is analyzed;The current situation of material quality traceability management of marine products was studied.The material quality traceability system of marine products was studied,and the main body and activity information of material quality traceability were combed.(2)Research on welding quality traceability status.Firstly,the welding material management flow,welder management flow,welding process management flow and welding inspection management flow in Marine engineering enterprises are analyzed.Then,the welding quality traceability system was studied,and the main body and activity information of welding quality traceability were sorted out.(3)In order to improve the current situation of quality traceability management in Marine industry enterprises,the functional requirements,role authority and information collection technology of the system are analyzed.Based on the system design objectives and principles,the system operation process,system framework and system function modules are designed.The system database is designed from the aspects of structure and concept.(4)Through the field application of quality traceability system in multiple business links of quality traceability in Marine industry enterprises,the seamless traceability and management of quality information in the process of design and production are realized,so that Marine industry enterprises can complete quality traceability more efficiently and intuitively.
