The simulation technique as one of the important ways for human to know and transform the world, which has been widely used in many fields, for instance, national defence, military,engineering and so on. Ship integrated electric propulsion system simulation technique application result is simulation system, whether its credibility reach the requirement or not directly affect the success or failure of ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system application. Ship integrated electric propulsion system is a complex system, how to evaluate the credibility correctly has become the research difficulty and hotspot in ship integrated electric propulsion system simulation field. Supported by Marine Power Research and Development project: "Simulation and Digital Research of Ship Integrated Electric Propulsion System", relying on China Ship Control Engineering Research Centre of Ministry of Education, the thesis study ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system credibility evaluation related issues, and the main contents are as follow:First of all, the simulation credibility evaluation index architecture model of ship integrated electric propulsion system is studied. From simulation system Verification,Validation and Accreditation (VV&A) process index characteristics, simulation system credibility evaluation process index characteristic and system Modeling and Simulation(M&S)'s VV&A flow three aspects, the ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system credibility evaluation criteria are studied. The requirements and principles of construction ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system credibility evaluation index architecture mode are studied, and also construction the whole simulation system credibility evaluation index architecture model. Meanwhile, the comprehensive evaluation function of ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system credibility evaluation is designed.Then, the simulation credibility evaluation methods of ship integrated electric propulsion system are studied. For ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system bottom index,this paper combine similarity analysis method with error analysis method to analysis the quantitative index credibility, and uses subject integrate judgment analysis method to analysis the qualitative index credibility. For ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system index, this paper uses fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) method to analysis the subjective index weight, using anti-entropy weight analysis method to analysis the objective index weight, finally comprehensive analysis the index comprehensive weight. Taking ship integrated electric propulsion system in the laboratory as an example, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of these algorithms.Next, the simulation credibility evaluation index architecture model optimize method of ship integrated electric propulsion system is studied. From a view of data mining, proposing use ReliefF algorithm to filter index of ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system credibility evaluation index architecture model, streamlining and optimizing the whole index architecture model. Taking ship integrated electric propulsion system in the laboratory as an example, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of this proposed algorithm.Finally, the simulation credibility evaluation software of ship integrated electric propulsion system is developed. The research results of this paper as the theoretical basis, .NET4.0 as the development platform based on Windows system, C# as the programming language, mixing programming with Matlab through com component, the credibility evaluation software of ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system(HEU-SIEPSSCES) is developed. Taking whole ship integrated electric propulsion simulation system credibility evaluation as an example, verifying the practicability and effectiveness of HEU-SIEPSSCES software.
