| Domestic nuclear power plant in cabling software have been dependent on foreign software, although basically meet the design requirements, but it has many shortcomings and defects on technology and efficiency, and its application range is mainly limited to only the cable routing design phase, and lack of the fire protection analysis function. and the function of site construction management, site installation, cable purchasing and inventory management, power plant operation optimization is missing. Therefore, the research and development to adapt to the nuclear power the whole lifetime of the cabling database system is extremely urgent, and has strong engineering practical significance.In this paper, foreign software applied in nuclear plants has been studied and analyzed,and its malpractice and flaw has been found out. Combined with the actual needs of nuclear plants in China, the method of the innovation of relational database has been used for the construction of cable raceway network of NPP. It has been verified by simulation experiment and engineering practice in NPP. Fuqing unit 3/4 and Hainan unit 1/2 , the efficiency has been increased at least 30%. In order to meet the requirements of fire analysis and PSR of nuclear power plants, fire analysis module is developed specially, which can provide the basis of accurate data and analysis basis. In order to build the intelligent and digital nuclear power plants, according to the whole process of cabling in NPP, field module is developed, and realizing the bidirectional interface with PDMS (3D software)..The dream has be realized successfully for the first time in the world, which is the real-time collaborative work in the same platform among the whole departments for design,procurement, construction management, installation, supervision and owners of NPP under the engineering contracting mode EPC. And the platform has laid a solid foundation for the establishment future of the intelligent and digital nuclear power plants. |
