Tribon M3 design system is an advanced computer aided ship design and construction integrated system with 3D solid model,strong interactive function and realized data sharing.It is widely used in the departments involved in various shipyards of China.It has a good ship model data uniformity.In the whole life period of the ship design,it can realize the information sharing among the specialties,so that the concurrent design can be realized through the server,the coordination cost is reduced,the modification work in the design and manufacturing can be reduced,the design quality is improved,and the design cycle is shortened.For the Tribon M3 design system,there is no systematic introduction of the two development data at home and abroad.Most of the domestic shipyard developers have explored some methods through their own experience in the process of work.This paper introduces the process and methods of the two development of the Tribon M3 system in detail,taking the hull specialty in the process of ship production design as an example.The specific research contents are as follows:1.According to the plane structure and surface structure of the ship specialized in the real ship design process,the storage mode of the structure section data information in Tribon M3 is introduced first,and the two development process and method of the corresponding structure modeling module are introduced.Then,on the basis of the actual structure section production design,the corresponding structure rapid construction is developed with the production and construction mode of the author's Shipyard.The module plug-in is selected,and the actual structure is segmented to complete the test of rapid modeling plug-in.2.Taking the ship major as the basic,first introduces the structure drawing of the Tribon M3 system to draw the original function and the storage mode of the structure drawing information in the background of the Tribon M3 system.Secondly,it introduces the two representative drawing methods of the structural drawings in the Tribon M3 system;then,taking the two types of structural drawings of the author's shipyard as an example,the paper introduces the structure drawing of the Tribon M3 system.Two development processes and methods were developed,and plug-ins for drawing two kinds of structural drawings were developed and tested accordingly.3.Considering the internal closeness of the Tribon M3 system,which is not conducive to the retrieval and backup of the model data,the author introduces the content of the development of the interface between the built-in database of Tribon M3 and the development of the database.First,it introduces the classification of the commonly used built-in database in the Tribon M3 system,and then introduces some common open databases.Finally,the author selects some parts of the actual work as an example,introduces the main flow and key parts of the interface development in detail,and finally completes the development of the database interface.
