The selection of energy storage materials of different heating facilities and envelope material in northern rural residential,mainly based on civil experience,which has no theoretical knowledge guidance,there is poor heat storage performance of insulation materials,high surface temperatures of firewall,uneven surface temperature of kang and so on.Rational use energy in rural areas in order to resolve the problems of rural residential energy,through scientific research and analysis of this topic can make easy and effective solutions:Using energy storage technology characteristics,Optimizing high energy storage density sensible heating materials as rural residential building envelope and heat storage frame materials for firewall,kang body wall and other heating systems,at the same time adopting effective encapsulation method to add phase change heat storage material which has high latent heat value,make full use of the discontinuous and unstable heat,improve energy efficiency and achieve green energy-saving effect.Through extensive literature review and field research work,mastering the characteristics of northern rural residential construction and all kinds of heating system,selected all sensible heat energy storage material and single inorganic hydrated salt,paraffin class and fatty Acids phase change material which phase transition temperature ranges are among 15?18?,24?26?,24?35?and 24?55?for rural residential and heating systems.In order to grasp the characteristics of phase transition latent heat storage material which are selected,tested Na2SO4·10H2O,CH3COONa·3H2O,paraffin,capric acid and other typical materials,testing results showed that:Paraffin and Fatty Acids good performance,while the inorganic phase separation due to severe hydration salts should not be directly applied to rural residential construction.To improve practical value of hydration salts phase change heat storage material in the rural residential,through a lot of optimizing and modification experiments,determined the effective nucleating agent dosage range of 0.2?0.7 g,effective thickener dosage range of 0.2?0.2 g,which can significantly increase the service life of the material.According to the summary and analysis of phase change thermal storage materials commonly used packaging mode,as to the liquid leak problem which is difficult to solve in the application process of phase change material,this paper proposed two packages methods included direct immersion and decentralized packaging which are convenient for farmers to operate,introduced the encapsulation process in detail.According to the phase change heat storage material in the substrate material content allowance size and the actual situation before and after the immersion,determined soaking packaging process best conditions were:in atmospheric pressure,the porous material soaked 40min at a temperature of 60?.In order to evaluate the effect of composite phase change thermal storage package body,using the amount of testing methods and mass loss method to experimental analysis of its durability and compatibility,the results showed that:Gypsum board as the matrix phase change heat storage material matrix shelter is large and the mass loss rate is minimum.Decentralized transformation unit is good,no leakage phenomenon.In order to find the best way to test distributed phase change unit storage-exothermic effect in rural residential,respectively used experiment and simulation method simulated the melting and solidification process of the same volume of plate,tubular and sphere phase change thermal storage unit.Comparing simulation results and experimental results show that:Three kinds of phase change heat storage unit storage/exothermic process of simulation and experiment test curve change trend and the same alignment is good,However,simulation and experimental test time appear a certain deviation,maximum error is 17.1%,error analysis results meet the requirements of practical engineering,simulation results are accurate and reliable,which can replace a large number of experiments by simulation methods;At the same time,compared with tube type and spherical transformation unit,storage-exothermic time of plate type transformation unit meet the operating characteristics of heating system in rural areas,which are more suitable for rural housing and heating systems.Based on a lot of theoretical and experimental research,formulated scale modification process of inorganic salt hydrate phase change heat storage material and different encapsulated mode transformation unit preparation process,put forward 9 kinds of design scheme and construction method of phase change thermal storage unit combinated with rural residential,which can provide a reference for farmers to select the appropriate program and self-construction.
