Prefabricated prestressed composite slabs are mainly used in residential floor among the prefabricated floor serves as the bottom of the template,overlapping structure on which the layer of concrete pouring formed.Its characteristics:a good overall performance,good bending properties,crack resistance and has a simple construction,material savings and other advantages.In this paper,in order to understand the prestressed slabs,prestressed ribbed slabs during the construction phase and prestressed composite slabs,prestressed ribbed composite slabs in the use phase of bending,cracking performance,this paper prestressed slabs,prestressed ribbed slabs,prestressed composite slabs,prestressed ribbed composite slabs use experimental studies,theoretical analysis,finite element analysis method to study.The contents of this paper are as follows:1.This article first prestressed slabs,prestressed ribbed slabs during the construction phase uniformly distributed load is applied to simulate the actual load distribution case,the use of full-scale static load test.Specimens were collected from three 2m×3m prestressed slabs,two 2m×4.64m prestressed ribbed slabs,deflection obtained by experiment,the crack,the steel strain,and draw the load deflection curve,reinforced load-strain curve,drawn prestressed slabs,prestressed ribbed slabs bending,cracking performance in the construction phase loads can meet the specification requirements.2.Secondly,this paper prestressed composite slabs,prestressed ribbed composite slabs during the use phase uniformly distributed load is applied to simulate the actual load distribution case,the use of full-scale static load test.Specimens were collected from three 2m×3m prestressed composite slabs,two 2m×4.64m prestressed ribbed composite slabs,six1.2m×4.8m prestressed composite slabs,deflection obtained by experiment,the crack,the steel strain,and draw the load deflection curve,reinforced load-strain curve,drawn prestressed composite slabs,prestressed ribbed composite slabs bending,cracking performance in the construction phase loads can meet the specification requirements.3.Conventional methods were adopted specification for prestressed slabs,prestressed ribbed slabs during the construction phase and the prestressed ribbed slabs should prestressed ribbed composite slabs in the use phase of the deflection,crack width calculation,obtained deflection calculation method calculation method is equally applicable to the crack width of prestressed plate by prestressed composite board provides a reference in the production,construction,design.4.ABAQUS software is focused on the prestressed slabs,prestressed ribbed slabs simulation analysis during the construction phase.5.The resulting numerical and experimental tests by ABAQUS software prestressed slab,prestressed ribbed slab finite element numerical simulation of the calculated comparative analysis shows that both values are in good agreement.
