| In this research,the mechanical properties of a new type of prestressed panels and composite slabs with truss bars are studied.The prestressed panels with a double-layer plate structure design,not only with large space between the upper plate and lower plate is convenient to lay out pipes and steel bars,but also increased the prestressed panels with cast-in-situ concrete layer of the contact area,the composite slabs has good integrity.Firstly,the span,section size and material of the prestressed panels are selected,and the concrete numerical value of the shear connection is given.Then,the 66 pieces with different span truss of prestressed panels and composite slabs were numerical analysis,the new component is studied on the panels thickness,whether to adopt prestressed and the number of prestressed reinforcement and the diameter of truss bars,and record the data of numerical analysis.Finally,the cracking and ultimate moment and stiffness of the prestressed panels and composite slabs are calculated.From the research,we can get the conclusions:(1)The properties of the prestressed panels with truss bars in the construction stage and the composite slabs in the service stage meet the requirements;(2)The bearing capacity of the prestressed panels can be increased by increasing the thickness or the width of the upper plate,and the bearing capacity of the composite slabs can be increased by increasing the ratio of bars or the diameter of the truss;(3)The theoretical calculation data of cracking moment,ultimate bearing capacity and deflection of bottom plate and composite slabs agree well with the numerical simulation data. |
