Grouting connecting for steel bar of precast concrete shear wall was an invention about reinforced connection method,which was firstly used for production of the PC(Precast Concrete)structures about housing industrialization in CHINA.Besides the steel bar,a hole with spiral-reinforced hoop was reserved.At the time of lifting structure,the lapping steel bar inserted into the hole with a certain degree of lapping length.After the hole was grouted,the steel bars became together when the grouted material was hardened.In this paper,spiral stirrups were set to restraint measures.The finite element analyses on different diameter steel and different stirrup ratio were done to study the limit lap length of steel bar.By numerical simulation and theoretical analysis,it shows the influence of spiral stirrup volume stirrup ratio to the steel lap length in different bar diameter.Grouting connecting for steel bar of precast concrete shear wall was the joint method built on bond anchorage theory.By theoretical analysis and advanced research conclusion,improving match stirrup ratio could reduce the lap length.In this paper,a series of simulation specimen were designed to verify it.The design parameters of simulation experiment were set by theoretical analysis formula and standard,bar diameter is 12mm,16mm and 20mm,lap length is 0.8 la,1.0 la and 1.2 la,and stirrup ratio of spiral hoop would be changed based on the theoretical analysis.27 tension simulation tests of grouting connecting for steel bar and 9 comparative tests without spiral hoop were numerically simulated using ABAQUS.According to the simulation analysis,The steel bar which is in the specimens without spiral hoops couldn't reach the yield load,and the longitudinal splitting failure of the concrete appeared fast.The bearing capacity of the the specimens set as volume stirrup ratio in theoretical analysis was significantly improved.So,rational allocation of spiral stirrups can made steel bar to achieve the ultimate tensile strength.Test indicates that deploying spiral hoop restrain could effectively reduce lap length.In this paper,in-depth theoretical analysis and finite element analysis were made,a simulation test in some shorter anchorage length was proceed on the basis of previous studies,and it make up for the lack of range of test parameters.It provides a further theoretical support for in-depth research and extensive application of the grouting connecting for steel bar of precast concrete shear wall.
