The DC-DC converter technology has been widely used in many fields such as communication equipment,electronic equipment,household electronic products and energy.These characteristics and requirements,making some new control methods,such as the application of adaptive control,fuzzy control and neural network control,a variety of modulation in the switching power supply,attracted the attention of people.The commonly used mathematical model of DC-DC converter was studied in this paper,the sliding mode variable structure control theory combined with the inherent properties of the DC-DC converter,designed a new control scheme based on phase control current,and made an experimental prototype based on STM32 dual phase DC-DC controller.The main work involved is as follows:Firstly,the background and current situation of DC-DC converter are introduced,and the common control strategies of DC-DC converter are studied,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.At the same time,the two basic DC-DC converter,Buck converter Boost converter,are introduced,studies the topology and mathematical modeling methods,their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and simulation using simulink.It provides a theoretical basis for the theoretical research and practical design of the STM32 based multiphase sliding mode control DC-DC converter.Secondly,the theory and properties of sliding mode control are studied,and the general control technology and new control methods of DC-DC converter are analyzed.Combined with the characteristics of sliding mode control and the characteristics of DC-DC converter,the general design method of PWM sliding mode controller for DC-DC converter in continuous conduction mode is realized.On this basis,the defects in the voltage control mode are understood,and then the whole system can complete the tuning process by adopting the current control mode.Thirdly,according to the mathematical model of sliding mode control,and the principle of DC-DC converter,based on the current control based on adaptive sliding mode control scheme based on phase control is completed,the scheme is compared with the traditional voltage control mode with the setting time and the more sensitivity,the phase relation between the channels in the multiphase DC-DC transform can satisfy the harmonic suppression condition.Through the simulation of DC-DC converter systems in various situations the proof of vibration effect.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis of the multiphase sliding mode control,a multiphase BUCK controller based on STM32 is designed.Based on the analysis of the experimental results,it is found that the DC-DC converter based on the current control multiphase sliding mode control can effectively suppress the output jitter.
