The Application Of The Flow Field Calculation Technology In The Hydro-engineering Project

In this paper,we use common flow field calculation computer software to research characteristics and regulars of the flow regime in the diffused transition section for the water transfer engineering.We can summarize influence factors of the diffuser flow regime by numerical simulation.Then we can explore some methods to regulate the diffusion flow to make it stable and balanced transition.And we should verify them under different working conditions.The resules can be contrasted and analyzed with existing physical model test results.So,we can have a reasonable conclusion.We use Ansys 14.0 software package in this paper.And we use the ICEM software to build models and divided grid.And we use FLUENT software to do numerical calculation.For some models of complex structure,we use AutoCAD software to help drawing.Results are presented by Tecplot software in the post-processing.With the help of the flow field calculation technology,firstly,this paper respectively study some conditions about the diffusion Angle,different velocity and piers in the lock chamber are how to influence the flow regime in the diffused transition section based on the large diffusion angle model of the CCS hydropower station tail water conveyance project.And we summarize characteristics and regulars of the flow regime in the gradually broadened channel.Then we discuss three methods about how to improve the flow regime in the large diffusion angle channel included changing piers in the lock chamber,setting diversion piers and setting the submerged triangle wing still based on diffusion tailrace model of CCS hydropower station.We select two kinds of deformed adjusting method to be checked under different conditions by trial and error,continuously exploring and contrast analysis.The effect is remarkable.In a word,flow field calculation technology is one of the important research methods,which is applied in the field of hydropower engineering technology.Through calculating the flow field and analysing the flow regime of flow problems of the hydropower engineering,it can guide design and construction of related engineering and selection and installation of equipment.Then it will realize the whole flow field in safe,stable and efficient flow,so as to achieve the aim of guiding the production practice.That can solve lots of engineering problems.
