With the UA V in the plant protecti on,inspection,phot ography and other industries more and more widely,UAV constantly changing people' s production and life.The remote control is one of the part s of the UAV,Its performance is the key factor of the whole UAV,The robustness and reliability requirements for UAV remote control systems are also increasing.T o ensure the stability of the UA V and environmental security,adapt to co mplex environmental control requirements,using 2.4G direct sequence spread spectrum(D SSS)technology and pulse code m odulation(PCM)technology,boot autom atically assigns ID or custom fixed I D code,The stability and safety of th e control system are improved effectively,And to a certain extent,reduce the cost of the system.Designing the power am plifier circuit and improving the remote control of the UAV control range,to reduce the damage to the human body,It is necessary to verify the theory and design of the remote controller.This paper studies the m odel of using the Simulink to build the whole UA V remote control system,And how to use Altium Designer 10 to design UA V remote control system schematics and PCB drawings.By building a comm unication model,The wireless communication between the remote transmitter transmitter and the receiver is sim ulated,get a stable comm unication system,For the remote control hardware design to provide evidence,but al so for the developm ent of the relevant communication system provides a referen ce.Finally,according to the control principle of remote control system,the overall scheme of multi-ro tor UAV remote control system is proposed,using the idea of piece design,the hardware and software of the remote control system are decomposed one by one,finally integrate it into one.In the sixteenth rotor plant protection machine,four rotor aerial application tests of road construction,The theory of this article is reflect ed.The actual application of the remote control design corresponding validation method,analysising the abnormal phenomenon step by step,identifying the source of the problem and Designing the corresponding measures.The results are satisfa ctory,Prepare for the study of sim ilar communications equipment.The design of UAV remote contro l system under the ope n conditions of the remote control range of 2 km,Install remote control journey module,Meet the flight environment safety requirements.The system has the characteristics of high stability,strong real-time,wide application ra nge,long control distance and strong anti-interference ability.At the same tim e,Provides a remote control can not control the UAV protection method,Making sure the UAV can not hurt people even if it is not controlled,then we get the design goals that we wanted.
