With the rapid development of high-speed railway transportation,the requirement of train quality will be higher and higher.As an important part of the train,the quality of train wheelset directly affects the performance of the train.The wheel and axle of the train wheelset adopt the interference fit in the process of pressing,the size of the interference directly affects the quality of the wheelset,the exact dimensions of the inner hole of each wheel to be pressed need to be accurately obtained before the wheelset is pressed,so that the wheelset can match.Therefore,the design of high precision and high efficiency measuring device of the wheel hole has obvious practical value.According to the measurement requirements of the inner hole of train wheel,this paper proposes a new type of geometry laser measuring device for train wheel inner hole,and uses a single high precision laser ranging sensor(GERMANY SICK OD5-30W05).The measurement of the different positions of the inner hole of the train wheel is realized by measuring the position of the inner hole of the hub,and combines with the calibration method of measurement system which achieves fast and high-precision measurement of the train wheel bore geometry.The general scheme of the laser measuring device for the inner hole geometry of train wheels is put forward,and the main parts of the device are designed and selected.It carries out the three-dimensional solid modeling of the measuring device by Pro/E software.The interference parts are redesigned and carries the finite element analysis of the holder bracket of the measuring device by ANSYS software.The results show that the stiffness and strength of the device are satisfied when the wheel impact the holder bracket.According to the measurement principle of the device,the calibration scheme of the measuring device is put forward,and design the calibration device.This paper uses Pro/E virtual space to verify the parameter of acos?.On the basis of the above,it is assumed that the diameter of the inner hole of the wheel is known,measures the diameter of it by using this measurement method in Pro/E,and compares the diameter of the inner hole of the wheel with the calculated one,and this will verify the correctness of the formula of the measurement principle.The main factors influence on measuring precision of the measuring device are analyzed,the influence degree of the main factors on the measuring precision of the device is knew.Through the analysis results,it shows that the measuring accuracy of the measuring device can reach5?m.
