At present,the hydraulic technology has been developed and used widely in industry,but in some areas such as mining,petroleum,chemical and other industries,in order to ensure that industrial production safety,prevent accidents of explosion has become a prominent problem.So the hydraulic system of its own electrical explosion-proof put forward higher requirements,which the intrinsically safety valve is the core component of hydraulic system.As a low power technology,intrinsically safe technology,it is difficult to realize the control of high pressure and large flow.The intrinsically safe two-dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve in this paper is the innovative research based on the mature in the 2D digital servo valve,put forward a compression torque driving technology,overcomes the shortcoming of low power electromagnetic inadequate thrust,realize the control of high pressure and large flow.The main research content and achievements are as follow:1.Structure design of intrinsically safe two dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve.Combined with the principle of the 2D valve to design the valve body module and analyzes its working principle.This paper mainly introduces the design of the roller type two-way thrust torsion coupling,analyzes the transformation of its kinematic relationship and the nonlinear characteristics of the clearance.2.Mathematical modeling and parameter optimization of intrinsically safe two dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve.Establish the mathematical model for pilot control chute mechanism of The safety valve,and obtain the block diagram of the system by linearization,then analyze the dynamic characteristic with MATLAB,based on the several factors research several factors affectingt he hydraulic control mechanism of chutefrequency characteristic.3.Stability analysis and simulation of intrinsically safe two dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve.On the basis of the linearized mathematical model,draw the Bode diagram with MATLAB to analyze its stability,and the results are inconsistent with the actual situation.In considering the influence of fluid power system nonlinear factors produced under the condition of two-dimensional(2D)to analyze the stability of control valve,by analyzing expression to obtain the hydraulic resonance peak to establish a new stability criterion.4.Experimental study on intrinsically safe two dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve.In order to verify the correctness of the principle,using the experimental platform to study the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve.Experimental results show that when the system pressure is 21 MPa,the output of safety valve can reach 120L·min-1,pilot stage leakage is very small,about 1.13L;when the system pressure is 10 MPa,the step response time is about 0.28 s.
