One of the key procedure in the assembling of the level bars which effects the accuracy of them are fixing the level bubbles on the level bars in real time.The fit accuracy of this procedure are decided by the experiences of the skilled workers in traditional productive process for the reason of costs of vision systems and efficiency.For solving this problems,a vision detective system in real time was designed in this project,and did the analysis as well as research of errors caused by the refractions and reflections of the light waves,ultimately the measuring process of level bubbles' deviation was achieved precisely and efficiently.Firstly,establish a model of calibrating the gray levels for measuring the deviation of bubbles in this design,get the results of inhomogeneous distribution of the luminance in the focal plane caused by the refraction during the propagation of light waves passing by the level bubbles,the analytic expressions were obtained.Secondly,an approach was designed using for measuring the deviation of bubbles in the base of the gray-level calibrated model we obtained.This approach was based on the gray-level calibrated model we established,calibrating the distribution of gray-levels by means of the actual distribution of them which can reflect the interface between bubble and liquid before on-line detection.Lastely,using the approach in the practical application,measured the deviation of the bubbles,the results were obtained respectively.The results of measure verified this approach can measure the deviations of bubbles,and the efficiency satisfied us.The form of gray-level calibrated model established in this paper was simple,and it can indicate the calibrated approach using for these images which can reflect results.Thereby,a primary approach was obtained for solving the influence of the errors in images themselves during the measuring procedures,and made the results more accurate.But the errors caused by the phenomena as reflections and scatterings during the propagation of light waves in the level bubbles hadn't been considered,these aspects needed to be researched.The hole procedure was suitable for measuring the deviation of bubbles one's optical system constructed by the coaxial or parallel light source especially for the condition that the tolerance of refractive index between the mediums in the inside of bubbles and outside of bubbles had a large difference.
