Water level gauge,also called "level gauge" or "liquid level gauge",is an instrument used to measure the change of liquid level,and is widely used in water conservancy,petroleum,chemical industry,electric power,coal and other fields.According to their different working principles,they can be divided into float type,pressure type,reflection type and tracking type.Different application fields and application environments have different requirements.Bubble water level gauge is a kind of pressure level gauge,with non-contact with the liquid surface,small size,simple installation,easy maintenance,flexible operation,stable and reliable operation,high precision,mainly used in hydrological station water level observation point inconvenience Wells or well construction costly areas.This topic aims to design a high-precision,low-power,non-constant-current,static-pressure bubble water level gauge that conforms to the national standard GBT 11828.2-2005(Water level measuring instrument-Water level gauge of pressure),plus function of automatic positioning and get precise time.Promote this product technology upgrade and reduce the cost.Bubble water level meter consists of three parts:pneumatic device,control circuit board and host computer.Pneumatic devices are responsible for the performance of the measurement process,including air filters,air pumps,check valves,gas cylinders,solenoid valves,pressure sensors,flow restrictors,and pneumatic fittings.The control circuit board is responsible for controlling the pneumatic device to run according to the measurement process and perform data processing.The control circuit board hardware mainly includes a power supply module,a microcontroller,a pressure acquisition module,a Beidou module,a current loop module,a relay drive module,a switch drive module,and deal data.The interface conversion module,the control circuit board software part includes command analysis,operation control,data acquisition,balance detection,data processing,result feedback,and dynamic calibration operation parameters.The upper computer communicates with the bubble water level meter through the serial port,configures the operating parameters and controls the measurement.The bubble water level meter automatically calibrates the operating parameters according to environmental changes.Each of the indicators meets the national standard.The static value and the power consumption are as low as one fourth of the same type of products.The cost advantage is outstanding.
