The acoustic detection technology is a technology that interacts with the specimen to detect internal defects,organizational structures and mechanical properties,and then evaluate its specific application.The technology has been widely used in engineering and manufacturing test.During the sound wave detection process,the surface of the specimen was calibrated by location and the sound wave was collected in the calibration of the location.At present,many sonic instruments are calibrated by manual test location,affecting the efficiency.Therefore,it is very necessary to achieve the goal of positioning while acquisition by using the plain displacement measurement technology in the detection process.The photoelectric sensor has the planar positioning function,and the measurement accuracy is high,non-contact,etc.This paper adopts photoelectric sensor design plane positioning system to achieve the goal of intelligence and rapidness in the detection process,the main contents and results are as follows.(1)The planar displacement measurement system based on ADNS-3080 photoelectric sensor was developed.System hardware circuit design includes buzzer circuit,the minimum circuit of the microcontroller,the chip peripheral circuit and power conversion circuit four parts.Based on the LabVIEW,the testing software mainly include the main program module,parameter setting module and two-dimensional positioning module.Among them,the two-dimensional positioning module includes the pixel value acquisition,the pixel value boundary elimination,the conversion between the pixel value and the actual value,the preservation of the target point and the display on the path map and so on,which realizes the analysis and processing of the data.(2)The system integration of the plane displacement measurement system and the acoustic wave instrument is realized.In the aspect of hardware,the transducer and positioning circuit were arranged.And in the aspect of software,the automatic acquisition of sound waves was increased in the two-dimensional positioning program,besides,the event structure called the two-dimensional positioning procedure was increased in the original sound detection software,which can achieve the function of the automatic positioning and automatic acquisition.Among them,the sampling spacing in the X,Y direction was put into the acoustic detection system for a unified set,in order to better achieve the purpose of detection,the program of saving the glue location was achieved,four contour lines were generated by the location coordinates,and the distance between the two lines was calculated.A control that shows the position information was placed on the front panel.(3)The performance testing of sound wave detector was conducted.The developed system was tested on the wind power blades.According to the multiple test results recorded in the field,the position measurement error of the plane positioning system is 2% in the measurement range of 1 meter.The system at any position automatically collected sound waves,and the waveform changes significantly in the beam and glue of the cement,the web and the glue of the cement,the edge of the web and glue at the edge of the glue at three places,calculate the distance between the upper and lower lines and the actual bonding width of the error within 3%.System detection effect is good,the detection system design to meet the demand.In this paper,the engineering acoustic wave instrument based on plane displacement monitoring was developed in combination with the practical application requirements.The system has a wide application prospect.
