Switching power supply with high efficiency,small size and excellent output characteristics of the current power supply has become one of the most prospective research direction.With the increase of switching power supply output power and current,the loss of equipment itself has become a main factors to constraint the switching power supply in further improve the efficiency of main factors.In order to further reduce the loss,through the soft-switching technology has become one of the most effective way.At present commonly used in the realization of soft-switching technology methods are there exists more complex control methods.In this paper,a correlation analysis is carried out to solve this problem.A method based on traditional symmetric control is proposed to solve the problem of zero voltage switching in a wide load range.For this reason,the following aspects :Firstly,several topologies are proposed for high power switching power supply,and the main circuit structure of the converter is defined as the full-bridge conversion circuit and the secondary side of the current rectifier circuit.The working principle of zero voltage switching is realized under symmetrical control.Secondly,according to the theoretical analysis,the parameters of the switching device of the main circuit are designed,and the design process of the high frequency transformer is introduced emphatically.Control loop through the pulse width control chip SG3525 A to achieve voltage closed-loop and to complete the full-bridge switch drive circuit design.Thirdly,the simulation model of the main circuit is established by using PSIM simulation software,and the circuit is simulated by open loop.The simulation results verify that the soft switch of the full bridge converter can be realized under the traditional symmetrical control.Finally,based on the simulation parameters,Altium Designer10 software is used to design the schematic diagram and PCB of the converter.The experimental prototype is welded and debugged and the experimental platform is built.The experimental results show that the proposed scheme can realize the soft switching of the full bridge converter under PWM symmetrical control.
